Aaron Rodgers #1 - #4 on ESPN
This one is kind of a moot point because if you have him you are starting him. This is the same defense that Peyton Manning threw seven TDs against. They have only allowed two touchdowns since. The best quarterback they faced was Ryan Tannehill in those four games. Aaron Rodgers is a little better than Tannehill. A little.

Robert Griffin III #3 - #6 on ESPN
Robert Griffin III is averaging 16.75 points a game. Not bad. Andrew Luck, the 6th best fantasy QB so far, is averaging 18 points a game (standard ESPN scoring). That means that for RGIII to become a top 5-6 QB he needs to run 12 more yards a game. More rest for his knee and a spotty Dallas defense are a great recipe to get back into that territory.

Joe Flacco #9 - #15 on ESPN
This one isn't entirely an endorsement of Flacco but more of a dislike of the guys I've ranked below him and the matchup. They should have to throw all day and Jacoby Jones may be back. He's not going to throw 5 picks.

Alex Smith #10 - #14 on ESPN
Before last week Alex Smith had been a top 10 fantasy QB. Last week was the first week he had ran for less than 25 yards. It may seem like a small amount, but those rushing yards add up. This week he has a very good matchup, and I think he rewards those who start him if their #1 option is out.

Philip Rivers #12 - #7 on ESPN
I believe this guy is still a backup fantasy QB. Even though last week was not a good real game for Rivers, it was a good fantasy game. This week is a much tougher matchup and I think it could very well be bad on both accounts this time. Indy defense is not getting enough credit. They are a big part of why this team is doing so well.

If you need to pick up a free agent in a 12+ team league, Chad Henne might be your best bet. He could throw 50 times, and has two very talented WRs. Any other QB in that matchup with those WRs would be top 10...next deep play on my list is Brandon Weeden, he has a great arm and a great deep threat, which is good for fantasy numbers. I'm not believing that Nick Foles will perform well this week, he is not an add you want.
